CRAB CRITTERS 
1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. A-1 sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil

Blend first 6 ingredients until smooth. Spread wonton wrappers on a lightly floured board. Put a small amount of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold diagonally into triangles and pinch edges together. Fry a few at a time in deep hot oil. Serve warm.
