RICE/PEA PODS 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can beef bouillon
1/3 c. raisins
1 (6 oz.) sliced almonds
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Chinese pea pods

Brown onions in skillet with butter. Add rice and brown 3-5 minutes. Add bouillon, raisins, almonds, and simmer 2-3 minutes. The above should take 5-8 minutes time. Just before serving, add frozen pea pods, put lid on, then serve. Serves 6.
