ZESTY STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish steaks (swordfish, shark, or halibut)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cut steaks into serving size portions. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Place steaks on a well greased shallow baking pan. Cover tops with 1/2 of the butter mixture. Broil 3-4 inches from source of heat for 6 minutes. Turn carefully. Spoon remaining butter mixture on tops. Broil approximately 6 minutes. 4 servings.
