LIME MARINATED FISH STEAKS 
3 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper
4 (6 oz.) fish steaks (halibut, swordfish, sea bass)
Lime wedges

For marinade, combine first 5 ingredients in jar; cover and shake until mixed. Pour over fish steaks; marinate 15 minutes turning once. Remove fish from marinade. Broil 4 to 5 inches form heat source, about 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish fish with lime wedges.
