MARINATED BEEF OR FISH STEAK | |
4 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. dry sherry 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 c. sesame seed oil 2 green onions, minced 3 lbs. beef or fish steaks Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour contents in a glass bowl large enough to contain mixture and meat or fish. Do not use metal bowl. Add minced green onion and meat or fish steaks. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Cook beef steaks or char broiler or frying pan until desired doneness. Cook fish steaks on char broiler or frying pan approximately 5 minutes on each side or until firm and flaky. |
