POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 loaf or 1 (10-inch) tube pan, greased and floured for 1 hour. Cool.

SPREAD:

8 oz. soft butter
1/3 c. strawberry jam
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar

Mix. Use on bread.
