CALIFORNIA ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. & 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in 4 cups hot water. Let set until partially thick. Beat until fluffy and add cream cheese. Beat until smooth, then mayonnaise. Fold in fruit. Mix well and let set until firm. Decorate with maraschino cherries if you like. Serves 15 to 20. Everyone likes this, even the kids. Good for a buffet.
