TEXAS FUDGE 
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 sm. cans chiles, undrained and chopped
1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
6 eggs

Put 1 pound sharp cheese, grated on bottom of 9x13 inch pan or Pyrex dish. Next, put 2 small cans of chiles on cheese, undrained and chopped. Then sprinkle 1 pound of grated Monterey Jack on chiles. Beat and drizzle 6 eggs on above. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. I cut this in small squares and serve on Pringles.
