HEARTY BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. frozen potato rounds
1 lb. ground beef
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 can celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Place potato rounds on bottom and sides of large baking dish and bake 15 minutes. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix 1/2 can French fried onions with meat and all other ingredients. Pour into cooked potato rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining French fried onions.
