STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 c. water (more, if desired)
Whipped cream (desired amount)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Combine flour, salt if used, and sugar in bowl. Combine egg, egg yolk and water in a separate bowl. Gradually mix egg mixture with flour mixture and stir. Continue beating for about a minute and a half. Lightly butter a pan with grease and flour. Add mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Remove from pan and place in cake pan. Puncture cake using a fork and spread Jello across cake. Spread whipped cream over cake and cut.
