STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. strawberries
2 c. rhubarb, chunked sm.
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over fruit. Put fruit in pie shell, sprinkle mixture over fruit. Add juice of 1 orange then pat with butter. Add top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
