ITALIAN MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or chuck 1 egg 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/3 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning Mix together. Roll thin. Top with 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with remaining can of tomato sauce and 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce. Bake 30 minutes longer. |
