BROCCOLI CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. coarse saltine crumbs
1 tbsp. instant onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook and drain broccoli. Combine all ingredients except last crumbs and butter and put in 1 quart casserole. Combine remaining crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. 6 servings.
