BROCCOLI - CORN BAKE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
17 oz. can cream style corn
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine broccoli, corn, 1/4 cup cracker crumbs, beaten egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Blend 1/4 cup cracker crumbs in 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
