CHILI SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. can stewed or plain tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin

Brown ground beef with onion into large saucepan. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Break up tomatoes. Add water, beans, garlic, chili powder, salt and cumin. Mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Makes 9 cups.
