MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Add flour, coconut and nuts. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in 2 greased paper lined layer pans at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Spread each layer with marshmallow creme and let cool completely. Frost with: 1 stick butter 1/2 c. milnot 1/3 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth and spread between layers and frost top and sides.
