MOM'S LAZY CHILI 
1 lg. can (3 oz.) chili beans
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. fried, crumbled hamburger
1 cut-up onion
2 c. tomato juice
Dash of parsley flakes
1-2 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
Some water, as needed

Fry hamburger with cut-up onion and drain. Pour in a large pan along with the rest of ingredients. Stir (cover) and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes. (Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.)
