MOM'S CHILI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. Swanson's beef broth (add water to make 2 c.)
1 can chili without beans
2 c. grated cheese

Saute onion in oil. Add rice and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in chili. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat send layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
