TUNA - AU - GRATIN 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna or 1 (13 oz.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. shredded American cheese

Reserving 1 cup of onions for topping, mix all other ingredients except cheese in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top; cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with onions and bake uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes.
