GYPSY FRIED HAM SLICES
(SONKASZELETEK SUTVE CIGANYOSAN)
 
2 ham slices
1 1/2 c. beef
Bouillon water
2 tbsp. fat (Crisco)
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
4 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Black pepper
1 tbsp. parsley

Brown ham in greased skillet for 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add Crisco to skillet. Brown bread crumbs. Remove skillet from heat and add beef, water, vinegar, sugar, sprinkle of pepper, parsley. Bring mixture to boil and pour over ham slices.
