1 pkg. butter recipe yellow cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix (dry)
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Grease and floured Bundt cake pan. Mix all ingredients.

Bake at 300°F for about 50 minutes.

Glaze:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. orange juice

Combine and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over hot cake in pan. Let stand for 30 minutes and then remove from pan.
