WALNUT BROCCOLI 
3 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked
1/2 c. butter, melted or butter
1/4 c. flour
1-2 tbsp. instant Liptons chicken bouillon
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. herb stuffing mix

I usually use fresh broccoli, steam until a bit crisp yet, about 7-8 cups.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Butter 2 quart casserole. Spoon broccoli into prepared casserole.

In small saucepan combine 1/2 cup melted butter, flour and bouillon; mix well. Gradually add milk. Heat stirring constantly until mixture smooth and bubbly. Pour over broccoli.

In small saucepan heat water and 1/3 cup butter until butter melts; add herb stuffing and walnuts. Spoon mixture over broccoli. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 8.
