CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 rounded tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. milk

Beat sugar, flour and salt with eggs, until light in color. Add vanilla and milk; bake for 15 minutes at 450°F, then 30 minutes at 325°F in unbaked pie shell.
