ISRAELI CARROT SALAD 
1 1/4 c. orange juice
9 med. cubed carrots
2 1/4 c. chopped cabbage
3/4 c. raisins
4 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 sectioned oranges

Pour orange juice into an electric blender. Gradually add carrots and puree them. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add cabbage, raisins and seeds. toss. Garnish with orange sections. Yields 6 servings.
