CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger, fried with 2 onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then 1 hour uncovered.

Then last 15 minutes, add 1 cup Chinese noodles, saving some for garnish on top.

May add water chestnuts and slivered almonds.
