CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
6 chicken cutlets 2 c. flour 2 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs 6 slices Swiss cheese 6 slices boiled ham 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup Bread chicken cutlets by dipping in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs, in order. Fry until cooked through. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Place a slice of ham, then a slice of Swiss cheese on each cutlet. Dilute the soup with a little water so you can work with it. Pour on top of cutlets. Cover and bake 25 minutes until cheese melts. Uncover last few minutes to brown. |
