MOLASSES PUDDING | |
1/2 c. cornmeal 1 1/2 qt. milk 4 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. ginger 2 tsp. salt 1 c. molasses 1 fresh apple, peeled and grated Stir cornmeal and milk in saucepan. Boil butter, ginger, salt, molasses, and apple and cook until thick. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add 1 cup milk. Stir in. Cook 2 hours at 250 degrees. |
