CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (13 1/2 oz.) whipped topping
1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 (4 1/2 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix well. Press into dish (this makes crust). Bake 15 minutes, cool. Blend cream, sugar and 1/2 topping. Spread over crust and chill. Combine remaining ingredients except topping and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
