1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can green chilies, optional
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Stir fry beef and onion. Stir in taco seasoning. Mix 3 eggs, milk and Bisquick mix together. Combine beef and onion and egg mixture. Pour into pie plate, cook 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Cook 10 more minutes until cheese is melted and brown. Cool few minutes (easier to slice) cut in pie wedges. Top with tomatoes (chopped) on top. Quick, easy, tasty.
