PECAN TASSIES 
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour

Mix as pie crust and chill. Roll into 1-inch balls. Press into small tart pans sprayed with Pam.

FILLING:

1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt

Fill tart shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Approximately 2 dozen.
