PECAN TASSIES | |
1/2 lb. butter 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese Dash of salt 2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter (melted) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. pecans (chopped fine) Dash of salt Mix first four ingredients together for crust. Chill. Press with fingers into tiny cookie or muffin tins. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 250 degrees, bake for 15 minutes longer. May be frozen. Makes about 3 dozen. |
