BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 lb. lean boneless sirloin steak
Vegetable cooking spray
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
1 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Burgundy wine
1/2 c. water
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 c. hot cooked rice

Slice steak into bite-size strips. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add meat and brown on each side. Stir in onion, and next 4 ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Combine cornstarch, 1/4 cup water and Kitchen Bouquet; stir until smooth. Add to meat, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
