SPINACH NUGGETS | |
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach 1 tbsp. minced dry onion 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 beaten eggs 3 tbsp. butter, melted In saucepan cook spinach and dried onion. Drain well. In bowl, combine spinach, croutons, and cheese. Stir in eggs and melted butter. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cover and freeze. Transfer to freeze containers and freeze. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. If you do not freeze them bake a few minutes less. |
