SPANISH ROAST 
3 lbs. pork loin roast
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. diced green pepper
14 oz. bottle catsup

Cook roast until well done.. Slice. In a casserole dish, put in a layer of meat, celery and pepper until all ingredients are used. Add half of catsup when dish is half full. Add remainder of catsup on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
