CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain
4 or 5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
Small amount of Jalapeno peppers
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients except muffin mix, pour into casserole, cover with muffin mix. Push mix into mixture until wet, do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour until golden brown.
