SUMMER SALAD 
1 can French cut beans
1 can LeSeur peas
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 sliced cucumber
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix last 5 ingredients well. Pour over well mixed first 6 ingredients. Stir and refrigerate overnight. Drain to serve.
