FRUITCAKE COOKIES 
3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
7 c. chopped pecans

Mix butter, sugar, eggs and soda well. Add flour, fruit and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees until light brown.
