ENCHILADAS 
Shredded cheese
Onion
Olives
Hamburger meat, chicken, or turkey cooked and drained
Enchilada sauce
Cooking oil (Wesson)
Corn Tortillas

Individually fry tortillas lightly at least a dozen put on a plate, warm enchilada sauce, 1 by 1 dip tortillas in sauce and as you take them out add your meat, cheese, etc. Then roll them up.
