SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lg. container sm. curd cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/4 lb. butter, cut up
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, in sm. cubes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
6 tbsp. flour

Mix all of the ingredients together. Put in a greased 3 quart pyrex dish. Sprinkle with season salt or Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
