ACINI DE PEPE SALAD 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 box Acini De Pepe macaroni
1 sm. pkg. mini marshmallows
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 container Cool Whip

Drain pineapples and oranges and set aside 1 3/4 cup juice. Combine sugar, flour, pineapple juice and egg yolks. Cook until thickened. Cool. Add marshmallows, oranges, pineapple and Cool Whip.

Cook and drain macaroni and cool. Stir into fruit mixture and refrigerate. This makes a large salad. You can use the whole box of macaroni and not alter the taste, and will make quite a lot.
