PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
3 c. fresh pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar (brown and white mixed)
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 stick butter
1 c. canned milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
