DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2-1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. dill seed
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese

Soak the yeast in 1/4 c. warm water, sift together the flour, sugar, salt, soda and dill seed.

Make a hole in center of the flour mixture, add the cottage cheese, egg, butter and yeast. Mix ingredients thoroughly and let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Shape into 2 loaves and place on cookie sheet. Let rise again and bake at 350°F for 35 min. After loaves are removed from the oven, butter the top and sprinkle with salt.
