APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
4 med. apples, peeled and sliced
2 eggs or egg substitute
Dash of salt
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. brown sugar substitute

Put sliced apples in 8 inch pie plate. Beat other ingredients together. Pour over apples. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer or until custard is set and apples are tender. Serve warm or cold.
