CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. stalk celery
4 green peppers
4 onions
4 cloves garlic
2 deboned hens
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans vegetable soup
2 cans cream of tomato soup
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. Italian spaghetti
1 lb. cheese (cheddar)
Chili powder to taste

Take the first 4 ingredients chopped and add to chicken and cook together. Save broth of chicken to cook spaghetti. Cook spaghetti. Add all of the can ingredients, add chili and deboned chicken. Simmer all ingredients together until heated thoroughly. Top with cheddar cheese. A large stock pot or an electric roaster needed for this recipe.
