CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER
CHEESECAKE
 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. ground Oreo cookies
4 oz. melted butter

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate, melted
1/3 c. Grand Marnier liqueur

1. For crust, mix cookie crumbs and butter.

2. Place a 10" cardboard circle in bottom of 10" springform pan. Spread cookie crumb mixture on bottom.

3. For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until well blended. Add sour cream; blend well; add chocolate and Grand Marnier.

4. Pour mixture over crust. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool on rack; refrigerate overnight.
