HARVEST COLE SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. salad dressing
Lettuce

Combine vegetables. Toss lightly with salad dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.
