CHEESE COLESLAW MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1/8 tsp. celery seeds
Lettuce leaves

Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in vinegar. Add mayonnaise and salt. Beat smooth with a rotary beater. Chill till partially set. Fold cabbage, carrots, cheese and celery seed into jello. Chill until firm in a rectangle glass dish or something similar. To serve, cut in squares and place on lettuce lined plates. Serves 6.
