3 c. crispy rice cereal
1 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cereal and coconut in a bowl. Mix together the corn syrup, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in saucepan. Bring to a boil (stirring frequently) over medium heat.

Stir this into cereal and coconut. Let it cool. Shape into bird nests and fill with jelly beans or other small egg shaped candy. Makes about 16 small nests that hold 2 or 3 jelly beans.
