ORIENTAL CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
6 lg. chicken breast halves
1 c. soy sauce and 1 c. water
Flour
Oil
2 pkg. oriental noodle soup - chicken flavor (Maruchan brand)
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli pieces, cooked and drained
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Skin chicken. Mix soy sauce and water and pour over chicken. Let set at least 30 minutes. Roll chicken in flour and brown in hot oil. Keep turning until crispy. Add a little marinade and simmer 30 minutes.

Prepare noodle soup mixes as directed (use only 1 package soup seasoning).

In 9 x 13 inch placed cooked noodles in bottom. Top with broccoli. Spoon undiluted cheese soup over all. Pour 1/2 cup remaining marinade over this. Top with chicken pieces.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
