BACON ROLL-UPS 
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese with chives, softened
1 tbsp. milk or mayonnaise
25 slices bacon, cut in half
25 slices whole grain sandwich bread, crust removed and cut in half
Parsley sprigs to garnish
Toothpicks

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until spreading consistency. Spread one scant teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and roll up tightly. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning as necessary to prevent over browning. Note: May be assembled and frozen. Thaw out overnight in refrigerator. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
